Content on this site is for informational purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer of services. All engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

3. Intellectual property

Site copy, branding, and case study material are the property of Kizuna AI. Case studies may be cited with attribution. Project deliverables produced for clients transfer to the client on delivery in accordance with the relevant engagement contract.

4. Engagement basis

Project engagements operate on fixed-scope, fixed-price contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing. Scope changes are quoted and approved before any additional work proceeds. Clients own all outputs, configurations, and deployed components on delivery.

5. Warranties & liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties regarding accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. Service-level warranties and liability caps for engagements are specified in the relevant engagement contract.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts unless an engagement contract specifies an alternative.
